A PERFECT FAIRY TALE
THE SCRIPT:
“She is flamboyent, He is over whelming! She is unabashed, a breadth of fresh air, He is a product of reality! She is a kid and He is her mentor in the true term of the word! The Story about two different cross cultures, the perfect Romance I say Sid!”
“Ah, not, again Neo, not the same monotonous baritone again”,! Said Sid! , “ Same write ups, time and again, don't you get bored”?
“ What do you expect me too write Sid, different versions of love, that’s technically not possible, because, love is same in all versions, always it’s those simple love stories which engages”!
“ Agreed Mr Writer, but what the sense in this story, looks platonic honestly”! Sid looked at me, and reverted!
“ Sid, i am not talking here about a pocket size love story, where boy meets girl, proposes, they make love and its over in three months. We, here, are dealing with a story, where love takes center stage rising above physical, mental, pschycho social boundaries, what do you expect more”, i replied.
“ Lol, a love saga then”! laughed Sid! “ Sid, Romance in 21st century is more complex than we think, simple people make great love stories, Romeo and Juliet never existed, it doesn’t ,more so, now a days, things are more tricky than you and me think they ever were, anyways, let me tell you my version of the story”.
“ Hmm, i am a forced listener always, lets begin than” winked Sid, as we climbed the rooftop of his house.
“ Well first things first, i have never physically met the persons involved in the story, and as far as i know they never met too”! i started! “ There you go, are you telling me, you know the synopsis, but never watched the movie”,Sid, laughingly said. “ Well, their always is third dimension, “ i replied!
“ Interesting, go on” Sid replied! “ Well, Sid, Social Networking, in the 21st century is our third act, the third dimension,imagine it was never possible too engage with soo many people in the early 90s as we can now, so i again tell you, this is as revelant as we can possibly fathom”!
THE TALE:
“ I met them both via Social networking Sid, both complex caricatures, in reel terms both Ids , in reality, much larger than that, anyways let me go too the story now”! “ Hmmm, go ahead”, sid slowly said, his straight look,indicated he is listening now!
“ I met the guy first, a peculiar character, a charmer, but keeps himselves hidden too all, i never saw his face, but a true character, and you dont need an Einstein too understand that! The girl is just the opposite, she is full of Joy, a flirt in the Reel sense of term, full of hope and dazzles always, she is his alter ego in the true sense of the term”.
“ Well, opposites attract, where’s the conflict in that”! Sid interrupted! “ Let me , finish it first, sid” i replied!” “ They initially,became great friends, he made her smile, and with her every smile, he smiled too”! “ They were never dent to meet, he comes from a different back ground altogether and she is miles away from him, but there was that something in them, which was pure romance, but that was soo silent and serene, for me too understand initially.”
“ one day, she told me, she loves him, but he never takes her seriously”, i listened too her! “ one day, he told me, she is a kid, and possibility of something more than attraction is not possible”, i listened again. “ Than one evening, she tells me, “ she loves someone else and she thinks that person makes her happier”, i smiled and said, “ What about our poor hero of dreams”!, she replied ,” Well, i couldn’t possibly share him with anyone, soo i am going away too an extent” i was silent, but didnot understand her.
In another time, i asked him, “ what do you make out of her’s new relation”! He, smilingly replied, “ if she is happy, i am happy”. Very trivial answer, but possible the best answer that time i heard from an admirer!
“ Neo, just another story isn’t it, temme what makes these two special”, sid asked! “Two things Siddie, by definition love is like being with the person you cherish most, and these two are true too this definition, secondly these two are not bothered about a particular status quo, they are seperate but they love each other still”.
“Hmmm, i am getting you too an extent, elaborate more”, Sid said.....
THE TITLE:
“ Over these Years, he never seeked anything from her, he knows he loves her, and she knows it, he is her silent admirer, his only motto is too keep her happy, be it with him, or without him, i mean Sid, this is a modern version of love, if you cant get the person, your true love definition is too make the person happy atleast”.
“ From her point of view, she seeks him as her ultimate mentor, whenever she is down, he is the first person too be knocked, she, in between changing guys, can never think of giving up on him, she , in the true sense of term, completes him”.
“ Sid, You are my reader, now you giving me a cliched Monologue on Love”! i smilingly replied. “ Why should it end Sid, Fairytales never have any ending, they continue, isn’t it, they still, share the same chemistry, which infact rises them above all. The both are happy, loving each other, the way they loved over these years. Remaining with together, is not their context, the premise is Being with together emotionally.”
“ Sid, i told you, there actually is no story, the real conflict in the subject, is the subject itself! If you follow a traditional definition of love, things will look cliched and i dont blame you for that! But if you consider Love as the ultimate feeling, defying boundaries, these two simpletons make real sense, “.
“ Some scotch than”? Sid asked me, “ yeah that will be most opportune”, i smilingly replied. “ i know that you have made your mind too write this, and now that you have somewhat satisfied me with your new write up, i was thinking what will you name it”?
Its a perfect Fairy tale Sid, the most relevant title, Cheers”, i slowly replied!
